"5 Dysfunctions of a Team" Workshop Series- March 2019
The "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni, outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work, and the key to overcome them. Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable.
Please join us for a 2-session workshop on Thursday, March 7 and Thursday, March 14. This workshop will provide an in-depth look at dysfunctions within teams and how to best overcome those challenges. "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" is a book that has been a practical tool in getting teams aligned, breaking down the "silos" within companies/organizations and getting the teams within your organization to move in the same direction. This workshop will be led by Phillip McClure. Many may be familiar with Phillip as a class facilitator in our Leadership Fort Smith program. Phillip is a dynamic facilitator and has worked with a number of companies and organizations in our region.

Here is feedback provided by those that have attended this workshop:
What 3 words would you use to describe your experience with us? Informative, Helpful and Engaging |

The material was current and relevant to businesses and organizations of all sizes and industry types. Phillip did an amazing job of teaching in such a way that kept our attention. He pushed us to answer some hard questions and then apply the material one step at a time. I really do believe that, although the time was short, I was given this complete solution that I was able to wrap up, put a bow on, and deliver to me teams. By the end I genuinely felt motivated and empowered to deploy this model at my workplace and even my non-profit organization.
This isn't the typical boring workshop that provides hours of dated or useless information. This engaging course is a must have for any business or organization that wants to better their leadership team.
The delivery was great. The book was such a good read, not dry or dated, and Phillip did a great job of pushing and involving us in the material each week. The model is so simple and was presented very thoroughly.
Positive, fun, eye opening, understanding and gaining the "managerial courage" to engage in respectful conflict
