This session is ideal for information technology\, logistics\, finance\, medical records\, and insurance professionals.\n\n\n\nMore About Bill Stuckey:\n\n\n\nBill has 41 years of experience in telecommunications\, information systems and entrepreneurship. Currently Bill owns and operates Pinnacle IT Services in Fort Smith\, AR. Pinnacle IT is a pro-active IT Services firm with over 85 contracted customers that depend on the expertise and quick response that Pinnacle IT provides. \n\n \n\nBill received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He started out his career with IBM and worked as a Systems Engineer and Marketing Representative. He was an associate professor at Arkansas Tech University for several years teaching in their Computer Information Systems department and started a software development business during that time.\n\n \n\nHis entrepreneurship led him to start another computer business in 1984 where he co-owned and managed that business before selling to his partner. For the next 10 years Bill worked for Beverly Enterprises and Inacom Information Systems. He was responsible for the research\, procurement and installation of computer networks in 800 nursing home facilities. (Approximately 5\,000 end user computers).\n\n \n\nIn 2000 Bill was the co-founder of Newroads Telecom (now Pinnacle Telecom) where he recently retired from the business after a merger with Pinnacle Telecom out of Lavaca. Under his leadership the business had grown from 0 to over 3\,000 customers. Pinnacle Telecom does business in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma area and has a fiber optic network in Fort Smith\, Van Buren\, Alma\, Ozark\, Paris\, Greenwood\, Lavaca and Barling areas of Arkansas and Poteau\, Panama\, Shady Point\, and Muskogee Oklahoma. Bill has also written a book "VOIP Made Easy"\, published by VON Publishing in 2005 and is currently writing a new book entitled "Business Out Of Balance" slated to be available by summer of 2019.
