Qualifications

• Architectural License or Licensing Eligibility in the State of Arkansas
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience
• Revit experience
• Experience in Commercial Building Design, production, and construction.

 
Responsibilities
The Architect will lead design document efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects. They will identify and communicate deviations in the project scope and coordinate the design and project meetings with clients and the project team.

We are seeking a Licensed Architect or Architect Intern eligible for licensing for our Fort Smith, AR location. We offer a wide range of services from 3D renderings for community presentations to complete construction documents for bidding and construction administration.
