Systems Administrator (Full Time)

Coordinate core information systems projects with management, users (employees), and vendors.  Oversee all information systems-related activities for user departments, including systems which integrate with core.
Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Act as primary contact for core and all integrated applications (Episys, Synergy, Image Center, ARCU, Cubus, Fiserv, SmartPay) system problems.  Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions and initiate corrective action.  Follow up on problem resolution and keep employees informed of status.
  2. Ensure that user employees are kept informed of all system updates
  3. Serve as liaison with all vendors as necessary to assure smooth interfacing with core systems.
  4. Remain knowledgeable of operations and the computer systems within client operations to provide comprehensive support. 
  5. Perform and monitor daily operational procedures for core processing such as opening for business and posting of batch files.
  6.   Perform closing procedures
  7. Responsible for maintaining user (employee) setup within core systems.
  8. Act as backup to Network Administrator and other department employees as needed
  9. Perform system maintenance on core applications
  10. Provide “help desk” service to staff and members when needed including trouble shooting, maintenance, and software/hardware updates
  11. Order and inventory credit union supplies and equipment.
  12. Perform other duties as requested by management.
