Team Leader (2nd Shift)

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinating the work of employees.
• Reading blueprints.
• Maintaining strong communication with employees, other Team Leaders and Management.       
• Maintaining high quality procedures.
• Upholding safety and housekeeping policies.
• Enhancement of productivity.
• Maintaining area with inventory control in mind.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Setting up equipment.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalency required.
