Eagle Scout Presentation: One of the Nation’s First Female Eagle Scouts
WHO: Mayor George B. McGill, the City of Fort Smith and Boy Scouts of America Westark Area Council
WHAT: Bella Vista Teen Kathryn Singleton made history February 21, 2021 when she became one of the Nation’s first female Eagle Scouts – a prestigious achievement attained by some of the country’s most noteworthy figures. Singleton is among hundreds of young women who made up the Inaugural Class of female Eagle Scouts. Mayor McGill will present a special award and certificate to Singleton in honor of her accomplishments.
