As much as you'd like to know everything about everything\, you don't. And you shouldn't.\n\n \n\nBusiness partnerships connect you with existing companies that have the tools and audience to help you grow. By forming strategic partnerships\, you can fill any competency gaps. This takes a burden off your business's plate. More importantly\, it ensures that each task is deployed in the best\, most effective manner.\n\n\n\nThis session will be led by Michael Stevens with WorkSource\n\n\n\nMichael Stevens has been in the River Valley for the past two decades working with regional as well as global reaches.  Working with companies ranging from corporately operated\, start-ups\, and family owned he has gained a unique perspective on leveraging resources to impact value-add and core mission focuses. In his role as Operations Manger for WorkSource he has the opportunity to work with business partners to address operational challenges impacting those organizations.  The challenges include sourcing talent in a difficult hiring environment\, maximizing resources\, and leveraging business relationships to encourage growth of that organization.\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided. \n\nLimited to 25 people.
