He has defending businesses in class and collective action employment and wage and hour lawsuits\, labor grievance and arbitration proceedings\, and proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity commission (EEOC).. Christopher also has experience handling unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and federal wage and hour audits involving the Department of Labor?s Wage and Hour Division (DOL/WHD).  Christopher represents ranging from start-up small businesses to multinational corporations.  He is licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.
