DESCRIPTION:Launching in the 2026 2027 school year at Northside and Southside High Schools\, CIRCLES is designed to connect students with disabilities to local businesses\, organizations\, and service agencies. Through guided conversations and relationship-building opportunities\, students can share their interests\, explore career pathways\, and begin forming meaningful connections within the community prior to graduation.\n\n\n\nThe goal of CIRCLES is simple but impactful: to help students build confidence\, strengthen communication skills\, and develop a support network that extends beyond high school. At the same time\, the program fosters stronger partnerships between our local business community\, school district\, and regional support services.
