DESCRIPTION:Stuart Jackson of Wright Lindsey Jennings will discuss the key employment law issues facing businesses including safety recommendations and standards from CDC/OSHA\, how to accommodate employee disabilities that are related to the at-risk/underlying conditions associated with COVID-19 and other obligations under state and federal civil rights laws. He will also address issues employers must consider when deciding whether to make vaccinations mandatory for their workers and circumstances in which an exemption may be needed for a mandatory vaccination policy.   Questions will be taken during the presentation.
