A+ Plumbing has been in business since 1998. Licensed in Arkansas/ Oklahoma, and servicing both residential and commercial.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial plumbing, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the most effective solutions.
- Install, replace, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
- Ensure all plumbing installations and repairs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing explanations of services rendered and offering advice on system maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license as required by local/state regulations.
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced plumbing systems such as hydronic heating, commercial systems, or backflow prevention.
- Certification in backflow prevention or other specialized plumbing services is a plus.
