About Us
J.D. Clean Slate Services provides documented turnover, move-out, post-renovation, deep cleaning, and recurring home cleaning services in Fort Smith and the surrounding River Valley. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals who want the job handled correctly, clearly, and without having to wonder what actually got done.
Some clients need a vacant unit, listing, or recently renovated property reset and ready for the next step. Others need their lived-in home brought back under control and maintained with consistent follow-through. J.D. Clean Slate Services is built to handle both. Services are matched to the condition and job type instead of treating every property like the same basic clean, and scope is defined before work begins.
All jobs include before-and-after photos and factual condition notes in the client portal for clear documentation and accountability. HEPA filtration and steam are used where appropriate. If a property needs more than a standard clean, that is addressed up front instead of turning into missed expectations, vague explanations, or surprise charges later.
