About Us

1 of a Kind Medical Services, formerly known as PRN, provides professional staffing services for hospitals, nursing homes and medical facilities in the Northwest Arkansas area and River Valley. We know the value of quality home health care and what it means for clients to remain in their homes knowing they are being taken care of. From nurses to caregivers, we provide entry level educational opportunities to enter the healthcare field as a trained Certified Nursing Assistant.

Medicaid & Veteran Affairs
1 of a Kind Medical Services is a licensed Medicaid provider of in-home care and respite care servicing within 50 miles of our Fort Smith and Fayetteville offices.

The Department of Veterans Affairs has contracted 1 of a Kind Medical Services to provide home care services to veterans who are homebound with chronic diseases and disabilities.
