Master the essentials of Project Management in this comprehensive Project Management class. Students will master Project Management terminology, Roles of the Project Manager and Project Teams, Project Goals, Work Breakdown Structure, Project Scheduling, Risk Analysis and Contingency Planning,
Critical Path analysis and “crashing” Budgets, Teams, Project Management software, and Discussion of the people challenges involved in running successful projects.
