Kyle Parker, J.D.
CEO/President of ACHE
Kyle D. Parker, JD, will highlight the educational, economic, and cultural impact that the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education is bringing to western Arkansas.
Attorney, entrepreneur, educator—visionary. Each of these terms might be used to describe Kyle Parker, President and CEO of the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education. Kyle Parker’s Fort Smith roots have helped him to focus on the many paths to success in reaching ambitious goals. After graduation from Arkansas Tech University and the Franklin Pierce Law Center, his work has been a flurry of ventures—any one of which might have satisfied an average person. These pursuits have deeply penetrated the legal profession, business, technology, education—not to mention health care.
The latest venture into health care and education may be the most exciting and one holding the greatest potential for lasting impact in the region. Since Arkansas Colleges of Health Education was chartered in 2014, Parker has guided the planning and construction of a campus including the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine, the College of Health Sciences, student housing for medical students and Heritage Village which mixes residential and retail to support campus growth at Chaffee Crossing. As more than 300 students are currently engaged in medical studies, plans for several additional programs will produce a growing student population that is already a part of the local culture and creating an impact on the regional economy.
The visionary aspect of Kyle Parker’s leadership is immediately evident as he relates the success of ACHE faculty and students in this latest addition to the future of Fort Smith.
