‘The Gut Behind the But’ (Safety Interjection Training)

• Safety matters and everyone knows to ‘say something’ if they see something. ‘But…’  People are emotional creatures who often know to act, but choose not to due to a number of relational and psychological reasons. We will offer an introduction to our full training which features interactive modules identifying the importance of safety, discovering the blockades to action, and establishing methods to train people for honest and worthwhile communication and action which improves leadership, ownership, and safety.
