More about our hosting location: JKC Cellars
Located in the Historic District at Chaffee Crossing, JKC Cellars is a family-owned winery opened by John and Kristie Coats. John and Kristie first discovered their love of wine during a trip to Northern California, which included an excursion to Napa Valley. John started making small batch beer and wine shortly after, and eventually decided to expand his production.
With the help of their children, John and Kristie renovated an army warehouse built in the 1940s for their production space and tap room. In their renovation of the space, they strove to honor the history of Fort Chaffee and build a sustainable winery, refinishing the original floor and using local reclaimed barn wood on the walls and ceiling.
All of our wines are made on-site from juice imported from fine vineyards all over the world, including California, Washington, Chile, and Italy. Each batch is hand-crafted, aged to perfection, and taste-tested regularly to ensure superior quality. If we wouldn't drink it, we won't sell it.
Here at JKC Cellars, we support our community and family. The Fun Table is that crowd at the restaurant, bar, vacation, or family gathering that's a little rowdy, lingers over their meal telling stories, and always makes sure to leave everyone with a smile on their face. At JKC Cellars, we want to invite you to be a part of that experience with us.
