Self-Defense Class

Situational awareness is essential for survival.
On Saturday, February 11, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield will be hosting a self-defense class at two of our Arkansas Blue Welcome Center locations.

These classes will be hosted by your local ArkansasBlue Welcome Center, Fayetteville Krav Maga and Ft. Smith Krav Maga.

The instructors will be demonstrating maneuvers to help you defend yourself if you find yourself in a dangerous situation. Participants can expect to learn the basics of striking, kicking and defending.

This class is FREE to the public, but registration is requested. Arkansas Blue Cross members and nonmembers are welcome.
