Generations at Work
From Baby Boomers to Gen Z (and everyone in between), today’s workplace is buzzing with the energy of multiple generations working side by side. But sometimes, those differences in communication, work style, or even emoji use can cause friction instead of flow. This workshop helps turn those potential challenges into opportunities by showing how every generation brings something valuable to the table. Through interactive activities and real-world examples, participants will learn how to celebrate generational diversity, break down stereotypes, and create a culture where every age group feels welcomed, respected, and ready to thrive together.
Join us and for this half-day session during which time you will learn to
- Recognize the unique strengths and perspectives each generation brings to the workplace.
- Identify how generational differences show up in communication, collaboration, and expectations.
- Practice strategies for building a culture that encourages connection and inclusion across age groups.
- Create actionable steps to strengthen intergenerational teamwork and boost workplace engagement.
