Michael Stevens from AFS Business Solutions has spent the last two decades in the River Valley working for companies ranging from local based internet and telecommunication companies, Corporately ran global companies, national companies, startups, and family-owned organizations. Due to his diverse work experience, Michael has gained a wide perspective on businesses and what works and what does not. During this journey, Michael worked for Simmons Food as a LEAN Coordinator. This position allowed him to hone his skills in root cause analysis, process improvement and the tenants of LEAN. Michael is passionate about driving value for organizations and those closest to the process, doing the work and facilitating the flow of business.
