State-Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) School Class Starting
Angel Wings Testing Center is a State-Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) School and a State-Designated Regional Testing Site for CNA Knowledge and Skills. We also offer AHA-Certified CPR courses, including BLS, Heartsaver, ACLS, and PALS, with BLS classes available in both English and Spanish.
Our next class is scheduled to begin on January 13th, 2025, at 8:30 AM. We provide students with the opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills in the healthcare field. Students can attend classes and take their State Exams at the same facility, ensuring a streamlined and convenient process for their certification.

Our hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with CNA testing offered on Saturdays at various times.

Fort Smith - On US Highway 540, take Exit 2A US-64 W/US-71 BUS and make your way into the left lane. At the second light, turn left on 28th Street and there will be a Kum & Go gas station on the corner. Just past the gas station, you will take the first street on your right which is Bryan Road. Fayetteville/Bentonville/Rogers/Springdale - Take Highway 49 South until it ends at Exit 20 and keep right towards Fort Smith on US Highway 40 West. Take US Highway 540 South at Exit 7 towards Fort Smith and Van Buren and continue south. On US Highway 540, take Exit 2A US-64 W/US-71 BUS and make your way into the left lane. Fees/Admission
We offer 13-day classes, held Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some days being shorter. The program cost is $575, which covers the class, course materials, lab instruction, and CPR certification. The background check is provided at no cost to you. Please note that students or their sponsors are responsible for the cost of the TB test , Maltreatment check and the state exam fees.
