News Release: BRICKTOWN BREWERY GROUNDBREAKING SCHEDULED

We are excited to invite the media and the public to attend a groundbreaking ceremony marking
the official start of construction on the new building replacing the structure previously
demolished due to a fire in 2024. The event also celebrates an important commitment of
Bricktown Brewery returning and rebuilding alongside Griffin Properties of Fort Smith.
The decision by Bricktown Brewery to return, reflects the strength of the partnership, the
resilience of the business, and confidence in the future of this location. Together, we are proud
to take this next step forward restoring a valued gathering place for the community.
The new 2-story building will substantially resemble the previous structure. The downstairs will
be a Bricktown Brewery restaurant and bar, and the upstairs will, once again, be an event space
named Adelaide Hall.

Griffin Properties of Fort Smith is the developer of this exciting downtown project and further
affirms their commitment to downtown Fort Smith. The architect for the project is Chasen B.
Garrett Architects, PLLC. We anticipate construction will last about a year.

Project partners, local officials, and community leaders will be in attendance to commemorate
the beginning of construction and share remarks on the significance of the redevelopment.
