LSS Green Belt

Learn the baseline toolset that will equip you to lead small process improvement projects within your organization.  Take a deep dive into the Lean and Six Sigma toolboxes to help your organization increase revenue, avoid costs and improve service.  Participant have the opportunity to earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification given successful completion of the course requirements.  White or Yellow belt training is useful but not required to participate in this class.
