Position Overview
CBMC NWA is seeking a reliable, organized, and digitally-savvy volunteer Administrative Assistant. This role supports our leadership team with special and periodic administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to use their organizational talents to make a kingdom impact in the local business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Help create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across our local digital platforms.
- Event Management Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics of local gatherings and large-scale annual events.
- Membership Communication: Help manage email outreach, newsletters, and updates to keep our local network connected and informed.
- General Administration: Complete periodic clerical tasks to streamline operations as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass a standard background check.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital communication tools.
- Alignment with the mission and values of CBMC.
