State Farm Customer Service Representative

Lewis Eady State Farm is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries (phone, email, or in person).
  • Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address issues.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, banking, call center, hospitality, or similar).
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (helpful).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and customer service software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
