Haas Hall Academy Math Faculty Position

We are looking for a full-time Math teacher to join the faculty at Haas Hall Academy Fort Smith. Responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, implementing school policies and procedures, grading assignments, holding conferences with scholars and parents to monitor progress, and working alongside other members of the math department to develop curricula. Ability to manage a classroom is critical, and experience with technology is preferred. Our goal is to prepare students for college and career.

The right candidate will foster a rigorous and supportive classroom environment that prepares scholars for college-level mathematics. They will build strong foundational skills in Pre-Algebra and high school math while promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning. The ideal teacher will use data-driven instruction, differentiated strategies, and engaging lessons to ensure all scholars develop the confidence and academic habits necessary for success in advanced coursework and postsecondary education.
