Cross Pointe Insurance Advisors - Account Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer oriented Account Manager to join our team.  This position plays a vital role in supporting our producers  by processing policies, maintaining client records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, renewals, and obtaining quotes while providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities - Manage and maintain a book of business - Process endorsements, renewals and certificates of insurance - document all account activity - identify opportunities to provide additional products and services to clients.

Insurance license is preferred, but not required!
