Always & Forever is hiring outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven individuals to join our Bridal and Prom teams!
We are looking for people who love working with others, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are excited about the opportunity to grow their sales skills while helping customers find the perfect dress.
This is a SALES position! While fashion, styling, and creating memorable experiences are all part of the job, our team members are responsible for guiding customers through the buying process, confidently recommending products, and closing sales.
What You'll Do:
- Work one-on-one with brides and/or formalwear customers to help them find and purchase their dream dress.
- Build relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Learn our inventory, designers, products, and sales techniques.
- Confidently communicate pricing, purchasing options, and product recommendations.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and energetic showroom.
- Collaborate with a supportive, hardworking team during our busiest shopping seasons.

- Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required!
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time positions averaging approximately 12–24 hours per week.
- Saturday availability is required. Weekend availability is essential to this position.
- Flexible earning opportunities based on sales performance following initial training.
- Opportunities to work in Bridal, Prom, or both departments depending on experience, availability, and business needs.
