About the Role

At Ozone Roofing Company, we believe high-performing sales professionals should focus on what they do best: closing deals. We handle the project management, insurance negotiations, construction crews, and administrative headaches. You focus on Sign and Design.

We are hiring driven, customer-focused Exterior Sales & Design Agents to meet with ready-to-buy homeowners, guide them through material choices and exterior options, and secure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective residential clients to assess exterior roofing needs.
• Present product lines, color options, and financial estimates clearly to homeowners.
• Guide clients through product selections (shingle styles, trim packages, exterior options).
• Execute standard customer contracts and upload project documentation.
• Pass off clear project and design notes to the production team for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in residential sales, roofing sales, home improvement, or high-ticket sales.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eye for basic exterior aesthetics to comfortably walk homeowners through product selections.
• Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 100% Commission with a 50/50 Profit Split
• Upfront Pay: $250 draw per completed contract
• Expected Annual Earnings: $80,000 - $150,000+ (uncapped earning potential)
