We’re officially OPEN for scheduling!
The Fort Performance & Chiropractic is now accepting appointments through our website, with our first appointments beginning October 12th. Patients are able to schedule New Patient Examination, Medical Massage Therapy, and Strength & Rehab appointments NOW!
New Patient Examination visits will include: consultation, examination, X-rays if clinically indicated, and initial chiropractic adjustment for $90.
A few things you should know about The Fort:
?? We’re an out-of-network practice. We do not bill or accept health insurance. This allows us to build personalized care around the patient rather than around insurance restrictions, coverage limitations, or what a third party determines is medically necessary. You get transparent pricing and the freedom to choose the services that best fit your goals.
? We have advanced healing technology, including Shockwave therapy and Class IV therapeutic laser (photobiomodulation), alongside our hands-on care and strength & rehabilitation. Video demonstrations coming soon!
