Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Fort Smith. This position requires hands-on experience with CNC lathes and milling machines, as well as the ability to set up machines independently. We are looking for dependable individuals with a stable and verifiable work history who take pride in producing high-quality parts.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work 10-hour shifts with required overtime
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
- CNC machining experience is required
- Must be able to set up machines independently
- Skilled in operating lathes, mills, and CNC controls
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
