Job Title: Quality Inspector – 1st Shift
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Pay: $16.00/hour or DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | 10-hour shifts | Overtime Required
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in Fort Smith. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality inspection and be proficient with standard inspection tools. CMM experience is a plus. We’re looking for someone reliable with a stable, verifiable work history who is committed to producing quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and components
- Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action when needed
- Work 10-hour shifts and participate in required overtime
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in quality inspection is required
- Proficient in using standard inspection tools
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) experience is highly preferred
- Must have a verifiable and stable work history
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Must pass a drug test and background check
