Job Title: Welder – 1st Shift (Full-Time)
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder for a full-time, 1st shift position in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This opportunity is with a respected customer, and we are looking for candidates who bring both experience and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Overtime may be required as needed
- Minimum of 5 years of welding experience
- Must hold a valid 4G welding certification
- Strong fabrication skills and confidence working independently
- Must provide own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen (THC disqualifies)
- Steel-toe boots and personal welding hood required
- Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
- Rate will be discussed during the interview with the customer
